In the mirror of Russian propaganda, black becomes white.<\/li>\n<li><b>Dirty lies about a dirty bomb.\u00a0<\/b>The narrative that Ukraine is preparing a &#8220;dirty bomb&#8221; was very much in the agenda of the Russian government and army commanders. Local propagandists in most of the countries within this monitoring covered intensively all the phone calls and claims of Russian officials; yet, besides that, we didn&#8217;t observe any significant rise in the &#8220;nuclear&#8221; messaging this week, nor particular panic-provoking campaigns.<\/li>\n<li><b>With energy infrastructure destroyed, Ukraine is doomed for defeat.\u00a0<\/b>Propagandists claim that all the Kyiv government statements that the situation is under their control, is a pure bravado; indeed, they say, Ukrainian can do nothing with Russian attacks, its air defence system fails, and Ukraine&#8217;s defeat is inevitable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fakenews.pl\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/10\/Ukraine-Working-Group-Report-241022.pdf\">Click here to download the report.<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>This report is a result of cooperation between 11 NGOs, think-tanks and researchers associated in the <strong>Ukraine War Disinfo Working Group<\/strong>. The group members monitor the narratives that appear on pro-Kremlin websites and in social media in eleven countries of Central and Eastern Europe on a daily basis. During monitoring, particular emphasis is placed on the narratives related to Russia&#8217;s invasion of Ukraine.
